Cleveland Heights, Ohio

Our client owns a historic home in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and hired R.B. Schwarz, Inc. to remodel their kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, powder room, and office.

This chef kitchen features a Wolf range and hood, Subzero refrigerator and wine cooler, pull out microwave drawer, Calacatta marble countertops provided by Bradley Stone, custom hand crafted Amish cabinets, handmade 3×6 subway tile backsplash, made-to-order Waterstone gooseneck style faucet, and “Shaws Original” by Rohl farmhouse sink.

Cabinetry

The cabinetry is hand crafted by Amish carpenters in Middlefield, Ohio. Cabinets include undercabinet LED lighting.

Range and Hood

Beautiful Wolf range with their signature red knobs and stainless steel hood

This photo highlights handmade 3×6 subway tile backsplash and Calcutta marble countertops.

Sink and Floors

“Shaws Original” by Rohl apron-front farmhouse sink

White oak flooring was milled in Middlefield, Ohio, and finished in a dark stain

Wide hardwood trim and crown molding

Faucet and Sink

Faucet: made-to-order Waterstone gooseneck style

Sink: Shaws Original apron-front farmhouse sink

Countertops

This kitchen features a 3cm thick Calacatta Marble with a honed finish. The island has a custom 2” thick mitered edge.

It also features Marvin windows, Subzero refrigerator and wine cooler, Bosch dishwasher and below the counter microwave drawer.
